Wouldn't that be great if we did have such a key on our keyboards? Well, we've got the next best thing.

If you run into a problem regardless of how minor, please don't spend a lot of time trying to figure it out. We believe we can diagnose the problem faster if you contact us direct. After all, we've been doing this since 1992.

We have a "Tech Support" section listed in the menu which contains a lot of information that might solve the problem you are experiencing plus there are a lot of tips, tricks and new techniques so check it out when you get a chance.

Email is always another option for simple questions. The more involved problems should really be handled over the phone so that we're not going back and forth with questions to be able to get a full understanding of the problem.

Tell us what you've accomplished up to the point at which the problem occurs and what you've tried to do to fix the problem. This'll reduce a lot of the conventional, "need more info" back-n-forth emails to solve the problem.
